I bought this book because I am doing a research on Sri Lanka. It is very nice and elaborate discussion which is very helpful for me. After the military victory of 2009, the resolution of ethnic conflict of Sri Lanka become more easier but GSOL has no headache. This book discussed about history, resolution attempt, landscape of ethnic theory and tried to solve the problem.

After the war of Sri Lanka it becomes a great question for the govt how they handle it for omitting the line between them. But I think it will never rebirth. Though I have read the book discussed the resolution process but not necessary. However govt should take some major stapes for stop it. In that case the book presents an elaborate discussion which is very relevant. Thanks author.

I was also confused about the resolution process. But was not clear about the right process. This book helps me to understand the situation. Here international organizations and agencies have great role to play. Though author focused on GOSL. Tamils are also showing positive attitude towards govt. So, govt should resolve it forever.
